HELCOM meetings
HELCOM organises frequent meetings at the level of the Heads of Delegation, the HELCOM Working Groups, and the HELCOM Expert Groups.

HELCOM Ministerial Meetings
Every few years, HELCOM arranges a Ministerial Meeting, bringing together the ministers responsible for HELCOM of the Baltic Sea countries and the EU Commissioner for the Environment.
