Rules of Procedure

Adopted by the Extraordinary Meeting on 7 September 1999; and revised by the 21st meeting of the Commission in 2000, by the 22nd meeting of the Commission in 2001, by the 23rd meeting of the Commission in 2002, by the 29th meeting of the Commission in 2008 and by the 41th meeting of the Heads of Delegation in 2013 as mandated by the 34th meeting of the Commission in 2013.

Financial rules

The financial rules govern the financial administration of the Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission”) established under the Convention on the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Baltic Sea Area (hereinafter referred to as “the Convention”).

Privacy Policy

This document, the HELCOM Privacy Policy, describes the collection, usage, storage and sharing practices of personal data carried out by HELCOM Secretariat for the use of public HELCOM web services, such as the HELCOM website and its subdomains.

Green office

This document aims at improving the eco-efficiency of the HELCOM Secretariat as well as HELCOM meetings. For that purpose, feasible measures for the HELCOM Secretariat are identified and listed below for its immediate implementation. Measures aiming at making HELCOM meetings more sustainable are also pointed out for HELCOM as an organisation.
