HELCOM Observers were invited to attend the Ministerial Meeting. The submitted Observer statements can be found among the Ministerial Meeting documents in the HELCOM meeting portal.
Immediately following the meeting, WWF and Coalition Clean Baltic arranged a side event at the same premises.
