The new HELCOM Meeting portal (https://portal.helcom.fi) replaced the old HELCOM Meeting portal (http://meeting.helcom.fi) as a meeting document repository since April 2014. After that all upcoming HELCOM meeting documents will be uploaded to the new portal.
The old meeting portal will be maintained as a document archive of the past meetings (from 2001 until end of 3/2014) until all the documents are migrated to the new HELCOM Meeting Portal.
